Account deletion requests
You can initiate account deletion or privacy help from the Mavo app or by contacting Mavo Support. We review these requests manually so we can protect your account and handle any active bookings, payments, support issues, or records we may need to retain.
Start in the app
Open Mavo, go to Profile, choose Legal & Support, then select Delete account / privacy request. This opens the current account deletion request instructions.
Email fallback
If you cannot access the app, email support@bookmavo.com from the email address on your Mavo account. Include your full name, account email, and whether you are requesting account deletion, privacy help, or both.
What to expect
Mavo Support will review your request and follow up by email if we need to verify your identity, clarify the request, or resolve an active service, payment, payout, dispute, safety, security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal matter before completing the request.
Deleting an account does not automatically delete records Mavo must keep for operational, payment, payout, tax, legal, fraud prevention, safety, or security reasons.
