Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Mavo websites, apps, forms, and related services provided by Mavo LLC.
Use of Mavo
You agree to provide accurate information, use Mavo lawfully, and respect the professionals and customers you interact with through the service.
Services
Mavo helps customers request mobile detailing and auto care from local professionals through Mavo Match. Availability, pricing, timing, and service details may vary by location, vehicle, provider availability, and the final customer-facing Service Plan.
Providers may submit internal service, payout, date, and time responses for Mavo review. Mavo presents customers with one clear proposal when a request is ready for confirmation. Internal provider payout, Mavo margin, raw provider responses, and admin-only review notes are not customer-facing by default.
Checkout and optional tips
Checkout must be completed through the Mavo flow before a service is treated as paid or confirmed. Payment status in Mavo is the operational source of payment truth. Optional post-service tips are separate from the original service booking and do not create a new service request.
Stripe may process checkout, payment, optional tip, refund, and provider payout onboarding activity. Provider payout status is handled through Mavo backend, admin, and approved payout processes.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for information submitted through your account or request. Mavo may send operational messages related to account activity, requests, schedule coordination, checkout, optional tips, support, and service availability. You are responsible for keeping account, contact, address, vehicle, access, and provider profile details accurate.
Account deletion and privacy requests can be initiated in the app from Profile or through the account deletion page at bookmavo.com/account-deletion. Some records may be retained when needed for active services, payments, payouts, fraud prevention, safety, security, tax, legal, or operational requirements.
Support and reports
Contacting Mavo Support does not automatically create a report, pause a payout, change payment status, or start a resolution workflow. True service reports, disputes, or safety concerns may require a separate support or report path in the app.
Limitations
Mavo is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mavo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
