Privacy Policy

Mavo LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we may collect when you use Mavo websites, apps, forms, and related services.

Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, role, and ZIP code. We may also collect service address details, location coordinates tied to a service address, vehicle details, service preferences, request notes, access notes, service photos, support messages, reports, reviews, and related service history.

For providers, we may collect business profile details, service area and availability information, insurance or readiness details submitted in the app, Stripe Connect onboarding status, payout-related identifiers, and provider responses needed for Mavo to coordinate service.

We may collect operational records such as payment status, checkout identifiers, tip identifiers, push notification tokens, device platform, authentication records, and support or security logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide mobile detailing and auto care services, prepare Mavo Match proposals, coordinate providers, process checkout and optional post-service tips, send service and schedule updates, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain account and service records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional detailers, payment processors, or legal authorities when needed to operate Mavo, protect users, resolve support matters, or comply with law.

Mavo uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend operations; Stripe for checkout, payment processing, optional tips, and provider payout onboarding; Expo Push Notifications for service notifications; and Google Places for address suggestions and address details. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, and Mavo does not store full card numbers.

Customer service address and contact details are shared with providers only when needed for an assigned service. Provider payout details, customer price internals, Mavo margin, raw provider responses, and internal review or resolution notes are not customer-facing by default.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Mavo, support active services, maintain payment and payout records, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet tax, legal, security, and operational requirements. You can initiate an account deletion or privacy request in the app from Profile, or from the account deletion page at bookmavo.com/account-deletion.
